mbs Manager, in whole or in part, may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, visited, or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without the express written consent of SC BUSINESS GROUP SRL.
Third-Party Materials
mbs Manager may contain documents, images, or other materials not owned by SC BUSINESS GROUP SRL, such as logos, names, trademarks, or content belonging to third parties.
All such materials are collectively referred to as “Non–SC BUSINESS GROUP SRL Materials” and remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.
Any use of these materials is prohibited without the prior authorization of the rights holders.
Digital Purchases and Payments
Payments for digital services (subscriptions, credits, etc.) are made exclusively through the certified processor Netopia Payments,
under full security conditions (3D Secure, HTTPS connection).
Transactions are carried out outside Google Play, in accordance with European legislation (Regulation (EU) 2022/1925 – Digital Markets Act).
Free Access or Trials
Free access or trial offers are granted only once per device or per managed service unit identified by its contact information.
Free offers may be modified or canceled at any time, without affecting those already granted.
SC BUSINESS GROUP SRL reserves the right to refuse or revoke a free offer if eligibility conditions are not met.
